Yesterday I came back to start my spring semester at Penn State,
and obviously my little girl didn't want me to leave.
I got all my shopping finished early and got to spend time
with my boyfriend and his family.
Today was fairly hectic but I started with some egg whites and salsa this morning
and ended it with some lovely caprese sandwiches, cucumbers and avocado hummus,
and tea and strawberries!
Class starts tomorrow, wish me luck!!
btw CONGRATULATIONS TO JAMES FRANKLIN!
